Own Architecture processes your personal data for the following purposes:

– To be able to call, e-mail or contact you by post if this is necessary to be able to perform our services or the agreement concluded with you.

– To be able to process your payments and receipts.

– Sending a newsletter, year wishes, press releases, promotional gifts and other invitations for special activities.

– We conduct research through surfing behavior to gain better insight into our visitors. We only do this with your permission (read more about this in the section on cookies)

– We analyze the web statistics, so that we can make the website work optimally, but also to determine what content is needed.

– Comply with laws and regulations.


We do not store personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. The retention period is related to the purpose for which the data was obtained and any legal obligations. 


Own Architecture only and only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. Own Architecture does not sell your data to third parties. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.


We place cookies to improve our services, to make the website function optimally and for the purposes as described in this privacy statement. Cookies are simple small text files that are stored on the hard disk or in the memory of your device (computer/mobile/tablet). The information stored therein can be sent back to our servers on a subsequent visit. Cookies cannot damage your device or the files on it. We, advertisers and intermediaries can use the cookies that are placed via our websites.
