Step 4: Upgrade to the Premium Package (Optional) If you initially purchase the Basic Package, you can later upgrade to the Premium Package, which includes custom sections, interior details, custom cabinets plan, space planning, mood-boards, shopping list, and much more.

For more substantial changes, you can request a quotation from us for custom modifications. Keep in mind that significant structural changes may require additional design work, which we can provide upon request.

The Basic Package can be taken to your local municipality for approval before you begin construction. Regulations vary by location, so it’s important to confirm that the design complies with your local building codes.

While our Premium Package includes detailed construction and interior design plans, some clients may still choose to work with a local architect for personalization. The choice depends on how closely you want to follow our design or adapt it to your specific preferences.

Since our designs are digital products, we can't offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. We recommend taking the Basic Package to your builder and municipality for approval before committing to construction.

If you purchase the Basic Package and later decide to upgrade to the Premium Package, the cost of the Basic Package will be deducted from the price of the Premium Package. This allows you to start planning and budgeting now, with the option to enhance your project later.

When you buy a home design, you get a one-time, non-transferable license to build it on a specific plot. This license is for one project only and can't be used for other builds or transferred to someone else.

Yes! We offer an Unlimited Construction License as a separate item in our shop. This license allows you to use the design for multiple projects on different plots. You can easily add it to your cart when purchasing a home design or buy it later if needed.
